Blinding lights haunt this ghostly city
Teach me how to see in black and white
Because all I can see is these shades of gray
Going down slowly, losing this chemically chaotic fight.

Black widow, demon of night
Headliner of news, mistress of fright
Empty shell and hollow lies
Cancerous love and starving cries.

Flashing pictures, unfocused truths
Your the secret on my lips
Tonight we dissapear, tonight we belong
Promised sail past on broken ships.

Hold my hand, pretend to care one last time
Stalking angels cast deathly shadows
As the rain came pouring down
I'm broken inside, but nobody sees your crime.

Unseen faces block the way
Grasping desperatly, mindless existance
Fate can never be compromised
Walls close in, everytime they betray.

Tomorrow we can read all about it
Extra Extra! As we all fall, down
Only the strongest will survive
You slip away, a memory of this town.
